Writer’s Block
Had my fingers crossed hoping the city would get the roadwork on Ninth and 11th streets in the Annex done before the snow flies. Oops. Well, maybe before the snow … melts?
I’ve suggested before that the city should focus more on roads rather vanity projects, but now that I see it takes four months, or more, to do four blocks, I understand (?).
