A manager at Mountain Eagle Security is providing lifesaving tips to the public after witnessing an overdose in an alleyway in Cranbrook.

Chris Nomland was driving downtown on Feb. 20 around 3 p.m., when he caught sight of a young woman, possibly early 20s, who was laying unconscious in the alleyway next to the Safeway parking lot. He passed her in his car, but decided to double back to check on her.
