ABRY, Edith
Edith Erna Abry (nee Morning) slipped quietly away in her sleep on the morning of December 29th, 2010 in Kemptville, Ontario. Edith was predeceased by her husband Hans-Joachim Abry and is survived by her sister Gerda Durk of Medicine Hat, Hildegard Stockmann and Helga Hasenbein, both of Dormagen, Germany as well as her two sons Gordon (Lindy) and Raymond (Debbie) and her granddaughter Marissa. The family wish to thank the staff at The Winchester Hospital Chemotherapy Centre and the Kemptville District Hospital. Also a special thanks to all the wonderful folks associated with the Canadian Red Cross Community Health Services and Bayshore Home Health, in particular Doreen Wiltshire, RPN and Kim Lemmon, PSW, two caregivers and friends that have been there for Edith over the past year and a half. A private memorial reception was held on Friday, December 31st, 2010 at Grant Brown Funeral Home Rolston Chapel (613-258-2435) in Kemptville, Ontario.
