Sparwood Chamber of Commerce is hoping that by changing the toilets in their public washrooms to more environmentally “dual-flush” models, they will save thousands of litres of water each year.
Michael Decker, the Chamber’s manager, said there are seven toilets inside the Chamber that use six litres of water per flush. He said the new toilets could save as much as 3.4
