Elk Valley Royal Canadian Air Cadets Squadron took second place in multiple categories at a marksmanship competition that was held on Feb. 10 and 11.
The group finished second with 1,272 points out of a possible score of 1,600. They landed a few hundred points behind Trail Squadron Royal Canadian Air Cadets with 1,421 and narrowly beat Nelson Osprey Squadron by six points.
