Fernie Distillers has won Best in Class and two gold awards for its gin at the 2024 Canadian Artisan Spirits Competition.
Distiller Jillian Rutherford submitted gin samples to judges in September, who evaluated the drinks for various characteristics like, scent, palate and quality over the course of a few months. Bars and distilleries from across Canada took part.
