Fernie Elevate Basketball Club had an end-of-season victory at a tournament last month in Calgary.
The U16 Boys team played four games from Oct. 21 to 22 and emerged undefeated. They won 65 to 24 against Impact Basketball, crushed Respect Basketball with a final count of 71 to 34, scored 52 to 50 in a close game against Family Hoops, and took the lead on CYDC Panthers with a score of 74 to 28.
