NOTICE OF DISPOSITION: Disposition of Real Property Interests by the City of Fernie

The City of Fernie hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of its interests in land by way of issuance of Licenses of Occupation to operate outdoor patios, for a term of three (3) years from 2023 to 2025 for a specified fee of $10 per square metre for curbside patios and $12 per seat for flanking patios on a portion of the municipal road, sidewalk or property adjacent to:
