NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF DISTRICT PROPERTY
Pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the District of Elkford will consider disposition of a portion of District property as per the following:
Legal description of the land:
An approximately 1.74-hectare portion of closed road adjacent to:
DISTRICT LOT 2000 KOOTENAY DISTRICT EXCEPT PART INCLUDED IN PLANS 17382, NEP20795, NEP20796 AND NEP73916 (PID: 008-565-732);
LOT 1 DISTRICT LOT 2000 KOOTENAY DISTRICT PLAN NEP73916 (PID: 018-447-503); and
LOT 1 DISTRICT LOT 2000 KOOTENAY DISTRICT PLAN NEP20795 (PID: 025-724-363);
The closed road being identified in Road Closure Bylaw No. 867, 2022 and on Plan EPP111456.

Nature of disposition:
Fee Simple
Consideration to be received by the municipality:
$61,900
The Road Closure Transfer Agreement, including a map showing the proposed disposition, is available for review at the District Office from December 1 to 12, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays).
