General Purpose: This bylaw amendment will:
- Add “Off-Street Parking Facility” as a permitted use within the A-1 Agricultural Zone for this property only.
- The applicant has requested this amendment to permit further development of the existing off-street parking facility to include shelter structures and other infrastructure upgrade.
