Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1315, 2023
Subject Area: RR-1A Zone
The Amendment to the Zoning Bylaw 264, 1981, would allow for accesory buildings, structures, and uses as an associated use in the Low-Density Resort Residential [RR-1A] Zone. In addition to allowing the use, the following regulation for accessory buildings and structures have been processed:
- Rear yard and side yard requirement :1.52M (5ft)
- Retain maximum site coverage of all structures on a parcel at 40% but add a maximum site coverage for accesory buildings and structures of 10%
- Maximum Height: 3.66M (12ft) at any eave line.
Council will consider input and feedback from affected persons at a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023 at 6:00 PM. If you have any questions or concerns about the proposed amendments, or for more information, please contact the district office using the details below.
