A man has been arrested in Fernie for displaying violent aggression on a residential property that he was legally ordered to stay away from.
Elk Valley RCMP was called to a residence in the 50 block of Ridgemont Rd. in Fernie on March 9 at 11:43 a.m., and discovered an intoxicated shirtless 39-year-old man, who was yelling and acting aggressive.
The man had broken a window and made a phone call to the residence inside.
