The Regional District of East Kootenay wants more people to sign up for the Regional Evacuation Notification System, and to that end, will be holding a series of registration events around the region.
The ENS notifies residents and property owns only in case of evacuation orders or alerts during wildfires, floods, or hazardous materials incidents.
