Sparwood Library to re-open

After a long closure, the District of Sparwood has announced that the library will re-open on Wednesday, March 6.

The library has been closed since November, after the retirement of the library director and staffing shortages, says a press release from the District.

“Since the closure, the Board has engaged with a library consultant on a plan to safely and sustainably reopen the library to the public.
