A deer survey has been delivered to every house in Sparwood, to help identify what needs to be done to control the town’s deer population.
In a meeting on Monday, council agreed to mail the survey to all Sparwood homes immediately.
The District hopes the survey will help gauge the community perception as to the extent of the issue and to gather public opinion surrounding urban deer.
