Kudos to city council for listening and acting accordingly.

It was pretty clear the community wasn’t in favour of the proposed sale of the Max Turyk Community Centre building and grounds and last week council listened to the community and turned the sale down.

Kudos should also go to city staff who listened to the community input as well and recommended council turn down the sale.
